I've got the flu and I don't feel very well but anyway I'm here with you and it's the best medicine)

Today's review and giveaway are from the company named Ecco Bella. The president of this company, Sally Malanga, started Ecco Bella out of protest to the use of animals for testing cosmetics, and it expanded to inventing products from the universe of organics and nutraceuticals as well. They have a wide range of makeup products, skin care, body and hair care products, fragrances and room mists. Ecco Bella products are 50%-70% organic and free of water, gluten, dyes and preservatives. That's great, right?

I had the opportunity to choose any Ecco Bella item for my review and their Soft Eyeliner Pencils were calling my name.

Directions: There is not any on their site but who need directions to use an eyeliner pencil?!

Ingredients: Hydrogented palm & palm kernel glycerides, caprylic/capric triglyceride, (euphorbia cerifera) candelilla wax, tocopherol (vitamin E). May contain: Iron oxides, ultramarines, titanium dioxide, mica. (Info from EccoBella.com)

My experience: First of all I want to tell you that Ecco Bella Soft Eyeliner Pencils have wooden bodies so you can avoid unnecessary contact with the plastics. Again, wood is more hygienic than plastic and prevents the bacteria.

As you can see from my swatch photo this eyeliner pencil can be used both for eye contouring and smudging. It is high pigmented and very soft, you can easily draw a perfect line or blend it for more delicate look. (Sorry guys, no eye look for today because my eyes are red and wet because of the flu...)

It doesn't irritate the eyes and has a great staying power. And since it is an eyeliner pencil of a high quality it's sharpened with ease. It is a good addition to my makeup artist kit.
